Returns & Exchanges

At The Life Store, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale items, undergarments, and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

2. Exchanges

  • You may exchange your product for a different size, color, or item (subject to availability).

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Damaged / Incorrect Items
